Fast turnaround and cost effectiveness are service imperatives at Regenersis. We understand that if a mobile phone or set-top box is not functioning, our clients have dissatisfied customers, are not earning revenue, and risk the long-term negative consequences of churn and brand switching.
At the end of the product’s life we will take it back and, where appropriate, match it to a need in a secondary market, thereby extending the product while creating value for our clients. If it is beyond use, we ensure it is recycled.
We do this in a way that ensures we comply with the most demanding standards and environmental legislation.
