  • Regenersis acquires the largest independent set top box repair business in South Africa
  • The new business unit, called Renew, brings together the Group's Recommerce, Refurbishment and Digital care activities for the first time. 
  • Operation in Germany Expands to Support Consumer Electronics

2012

  • Group revenue increases by 13% to £139.9 million
  • Regenersis opens a facility in the US to support cable, satellite and IPTV providers with repair and refurbishment capabilities
  • Contract extension with Samsung now includes UK, Poland, Spain and Mexico
  • Regenersis acquires HDM extending the Company's reach to Spain and Latin America.

2011

  • LG Electronics customer care centre, outsourced to Regenersis, ranks Number 1 in call centre league table for IT and Technology by Maia Consulting
  • Regenersis opens facilities in Turkey and South Africa as part of our focus on emerging markets
  • Hanover Investors purchases a substantial interest in Regenersis.  Matthew Peacock is appointed Executive Chairman
  • New strategy is launched focused on growth in emerging markets, advanced solutions, and high volume depot-based solutions

2010  

  • Launched new market facing organisation with core focus on Mobile Communications, Media & Entertainment and Information Technology
  • Commenced work on third service centre in Warsaw
  • Secured agreement with DHL to establish a co-located service centre, in Normanton (UK)
  •  LG outsources customer care centre to Regenersis.  We establish a 50+ seat centre in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire to support the wide range of LG products from flat screen TVs to mobile phones

2009 

  • Second service centre opened in Warsaw to support Information Technology market
  • Joint venture signed establishing Regenersis in Moscow
  • Completed £6.25m fund raising and acquisition of Total Repair Solutions (TRS)
  • Relocated high security (ATM and POS) operations from Paderborn to new service centre in Schloss Holte

2008

  • Regenersis brand launched integrating the Fonebak, CRC and Intec businesses
  • New service centre opened in Bucharest
  • Hong Kong sales office opened
  • European recycling centre established in Lille

2007

  • Acquired CRC Group plc
  • Service centre in Sommerda, Germany opened

2006

  • Acquired the mobile phone repair and administration business of DSG

2005

  • IPO completed with listing on AIM
  • Acquired Intec Group Ltd (Intec Cellular Services and Intec Distribution)
