Regenersis Continues to Enhance Nokia Training Capabilities-
Over 100 Nokia Care Points now trained to support the Nokia 5800 Touch Screen via innovative webcast solution.
Regenersis has recently completed another innovative training programme for Nokia Care Points across the UK to support the launch of the new Nokia 5800 touch screen.
Using the latest webcast technology, Regenersis has been able to deliver interactive training to over 100 Nokia Care Points around the UK covering the assembly and disassembly of the new 5800 touch screen handset, along with and tips and advice. With a clear close up of the phone, live disassembly/assembly techniques, a comprehensive voice over, and an interactive facility for questions and advice, the online training has ensured that the Nokia Care Point network is ready to assist end users with any technical support or repair expertise to support the launch of the new 5800 touch screen device.
Cameron Radford, Managing Director of Regenersis Technical Services said, "This innovative new training methodology has proved to be much more effective than traditional training methods, whilst maintaining the high level of support demanded by Nokia. The additional benefits to the Nokia Care Points include minimizing down time to complete the training and ensuring they are in a position to support the product from day one to maximise their effectiveness and the customer experience."
